1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the unslouch application and website (the "Service"), operated by Databeam d.o.o., a company registered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

unslouch is a wellness and productivity application designed for freelancers and remote workers. The Service provides posture tracking reminders, stretch exercise routines, task management, income tracking, and related features. The Service is provided on a freemium basis, with certain features available only to paid subscribers ("Pro" plan).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Waitlist and Pre-Launch

By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address to receive updates about the Service launch. Waitlist members may receive promotional offers, including discounted subscription pricing. These offers are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmed at the time of purchase.

6. Subscription and Payments

The Pro plan is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Health Disclaimer

The Service provides general wellness suggestions, including stretch exercises and posture reminders. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Databeam d.o.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Databeam d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
